Coronavirus Update

Dear Customer,

Your safety and that of all of our customers, colleagues and Agents is our first priority. We are following government advice to make sure we are helping to contain any spread of the virus in the communities Jordan Estates serves. We will continue to monitor the situation and take action in line with advice. Agents are still making their weekly visits. If this changes, you will be contacted by phone to make alternative arrangements to collect your payment.

If you are self-isolating, have a cough or a high temperature please make sure you get in touch with your Agent before they come round for your next planned visit.

If it’s better for you, you can pay on our automated phone line. Please call 041 971 42 49 and have your customer number and Debit Card details ready.

Please let your Agent know if you make a payment over the phone.

If you have a visit

As government advice tells us, the virus is contagious even before symptoms show. Our Agent will be taking a few extra precautions when they visit, they’ll:

  • Be a bit quicker than normal to reduce the risk of passing on the infection
  • Wipe down the equipment they use after you’ve both touched it (they may not pass the device directly to you in order to minimise contact)
  • Use hand gel or may ask to wash their hands
  • Keep much further away from you than usual
We want to protect you, the Agents and your families to help prevent the further spread of the virus as best we can. It’s always best to take a safety first approach.
